Das leicht getorfte Malz für THE Bruce kommt aus Inverness. Nach einer 5jährigen Reifezeit in ex-Bourbon-Fässern, entfaltet der Whisky in der Nase eine einladende, malzige Note mit Torfrauch. Der Geschmack entfaltet sich in leicht süßlicher Lakritze mit Schokolade und einem rauchigen Körper. Zum Schluss erfährt man im Nachklang torfrauchige Tannine, süß und klar.

ENGLISH:

The slightly peaty malt for THE Bruce comes from Inverness. After 5 years of maturing in ex bourbon barrels, the whisky develops an inviting malty note of peat smoke in the nose. The taste develops in a slightly sweetish liquorice with chocolate and a smoky body. At the end of the day, one experiences tannins with peat smoke, sweet and clear.
